Vision: Create a community of Christ-followers marked by unwavering faith and unconditional love. More than an organization or movement or collection of programs, God has called Scottsdale Bible Church to be a community-an organic group of people who gather together-that has an explicit relationship with Christ, trusts Him no matter what and exhibits unreserved love for others. These two attributes-faith and love-give evidence to the world that God is up to something! They make credible the gospel of Christ. They draw people to Him. This is what we are dreaming about. This is who we want to be. Mission: WIN people to faith in Jesus Christ; BUILD them up in their faith; then SEND them out to be "winners and builders" in their spheres of influence. We are committed to be faithful to Christ's charge to the Church-to reach people with the gospel of Christ, to help them grow and mature in their walk with Him, and then send them out into their spheres of influence to start the cycle again. It's really just participating in the Great Commission. It's how we will live out our vision. VALUES: From the time God first turned the lights on at our address we have embraced four values to keep us on target. Regardless of what we are involved in, these four values: transformational Bible teaching, engaging worship, authentic community and service-based outreach-each supported by GRACE-are distinct to Scottsdale Bible Church and define who we are.
